Continuous Flight Auger (CFA)

Pacer Corporation Group of Companies brings CFA piling, also known as augercast piles, to our customers along with the qualified personnel to operate the technology and our standards for high quality and high production rates.

CFA piling allows for the economical installation of drilled, cast-in-place concrete piles in a wide variety of soils - dry or water-logged; loose or cohesive - and penetration through low capacity, soft rock formations such as loamy clays, limestone, silt and sandstone.

CFA piling is increasingly popular due to its quick and cost effective installations. Its ‘non-displacement’ type of piles make it the most convenient method in tight areas because the equipment can work close to existing structures with limited risk of damage to adjacent foundations or underground utilities from ground displacement. CFA piles can be installed with low vibration and noise levels and no impact shocks.
